Students participating in Dr. Eddie Boucher's Cultural Studies With Purpose study abroad program have completed a series of short documentary films following several weeks of immersive learning and collaboration in Udaipur, India.
The program brought together students from MSU, JK Lakshmipat University, and the Indian Institute of Crafts & Design. Working in interdisciplinary and international teams, students conducted research and produced documentaries exploring diverse aspects of life, culture, and community in India.

Through the hands-on experience, participants developed skills in qualitative research, visual storytelling, interviewing, and cross-cultural collaboration while engaging directly with local communities and cultural traditions.
