Marcie Cowley

Biography

Assistant Professor Marcie Cowley holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Russian and Spanish and a Juris Doctor degree for law. Her PhD is in history with a major field in Russian and Soviet history, and other fields in modern European history and migration studies. When not teaching on MSU’s beautiful campus, she has focused in recent years on developing and leading education abroad and domestic study away programs.
