Assistant Professor David Baylis holds a BS/BA degree in Geography and Political Science from Aquinas College and an MS (2009) and PhD (2015) in Geography from Michigan State University. He was awarded a Fulbright Hays Fellowship to study the relationship between place, infrastructure, and environment in Ankara, Turkey (2014). Prior to returning to Michigan State University as an Assistant Professor in CIS-SS, Dr. Baylis spent several years teaching geography and geospatial technologies at Delta
